The content of this web site has been designed by two former Childcare Directors who have dedicated many years to the childcare field. There is no job more important than being a parent, and having the right information helps you to make the right decisions. As educators and directors, we worked with children, parents and other providers to create and improve our child care services. Our background is in child care, and our motivation is improving services and communication for child care in Canada.
This experience has enabled us to come up with an easy-to-use, comprehensive directory that includes over 10,000 childcare listings across Canada that both parents and childcare providers will benefit from. Please feel free to fill out our Visitor Survey and let us know what you think!

Our goal is to be Canada’s most important source of information for both parents and care providers. This directory contains information on day care, nursery schools, at home care, after school care, Montessori schools, private schools, children’s activities and sources of support and information for child services. We provide an easy-to-use database for daycare and child service providers, particularly small independent providers, to inform and reach others who are looking for their services. We also post child related articles and tips that we hope you will find informative.
This directory was designed as a prime online source to bring together quality child care providers and parents or guardians. This Canadian Child Care Directory is also a source for posting child care positions and finding employment.
