HOW DO I REGISTER?

1. Register Online Now or contact us if you would like a registration form sent to you.

*  Please note: By submitting your on-line registration, you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement and accept that payment is due within 30 days from submission

2. Please e-mail:

     * 3 pictures of your centre (file format: .jpg / approx. size 340wx260h pixels)       

     * Company logo (file formats: .gif or .jpg / max. size 400wx200h pixels)

3. Forward your payment by cheque or money order to:

• Please allow 5 business days for online registrations & 10 days for mail-in. You will receive an email confirmation once your web page is posted.
• You may update your information throughout the year.
• Registration is based on 1 year. You will be notified at the end of your term, if you wish to renew.
 
*** ADDITIONAL ADVERTISING OPTION: 
Front Page Box AD:  Advertise with your company logo on our Home page. Provides immediate exposure to all visitors and a direct link to your online AD.
Cost: $79.95/month ($90.34/month tax. incl.)
